Keeping exotic freshwater fish is a very bountiful hobby; hence it creates this feeling of fulfillment, satisfaction and distinction from regular fish keeping. Exotic freshwater fish are not commonly found in the locality. They are found in countries from the continents of Asia, Africa and South America. They are not readily available in the local markets either. They can enter a certain locality by legal processes or sometimes by illegal means.
